No, all interactions with Rocket Health’s licensed medical practitioners is confidential and securely stored on our servers.

All our subscription packages have individual benefits and not group benefits. Each member is given a unique ID and therefore treated as an individual.

The Rocket Health licensed medical doctors and pharmacists are available 24/7.

Transitions from one package to another during the subscription contract year is prohibited. A change is permissible at the point of renewing the subscription.

The Ugx 10,000 is payable via Mobile Money and online payment.

When you pay Ugx 10,000 for a consultation, you receive a phone call from our Doctors to discuss your condition exhaustively. Every other time you need to consult that the Doctor, you will be charged again.

The consultation granted for Ugx 10,000 is for one individual.

Other than members on the Rocket Access Advantage subscription plan who pay Ugx 20,000 for every teleclinic appointment, all other members have unlimited access to the teleclinic only on appointment as set by the doctor.

Rocket Health offers only outpatient services to customers. We are able to offer emergency services, however this only goes as far as offering first aid instructions through the phone.

Whatsapp Doc is a service offered under Rocket Health. As a registered member, one can be able to access a doctor through the Whatsapp mobile application for consultation and diagnosis.

We are currently based in Kampala but one can consult our doctors through SMS, Whatsapp or voice call from any other location.

At the moment, you can sign up for our services via SMS by sending the keyword ‘Join’ to 8080 and follow through with the conversations. Payment methods are Mobile Money, EFT, Visa card or cash to our assigned field agent.

We have an offer for one-off consultations at Ugx 10,000 which will give you access to the doctor for as long as the duration of the call. This means that for every time you will need to speak to our doctors, a consultation fee of Ugx 10,000 will be charge.

Telemedicine gives you the convenience and ease to access the doctor without having to move to the clinic or the doctor. You enjoy timely consultations in the comfort of you home or office. Have physicians visit you to take laboratory samples and deliver medicines to you. We are presently in advanced talks with the insurance companies to have this service as part of your existing package. The pilot phase is underway with some select members and we hope it will be rolled out to more people by next year.

However, you can choose to pay this additional membership fees to still enjoy the convenient and time-saving packages from Rocket Health as we finalise arrangements with the insurers.
