Isoconazole is an imidazole antifugal that is used in the treatment of superficial skin fungal infections. Isoconazole is effective against dermatophytes and yeasts, yeast like fungi and moulds. Diflucortolone is a corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation in inflammatory and allergic skin conditions; it also relieves itching, burning and pain. They are used together for the treatment of inflammatory or eczematous skin fungal infections.
