Telmisartan/ Hydrochlorothiazide 40/12.5mg Safetelmi-H Tablets 10’s

Telmisartan/ Hydrochlorothiazide fixed dose combination is indicated in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on telmisartan alone. It is usually taken one tablet once daily.
